According to "Page Six," Ortiz has purchased a swanky condo in Miami in the new Ora By Casa Tua building, which is slated to open sometime in 2029. It's the first-ever branded residence for the company behind the members-only Casa Tua club and restaurant, which boasts locations in Paris, New York, Miami, and Aspen.
It's unclear how much Ortiz paid for the condo, however, three-bedroom units in the 77-story building are in the $3 million range.
