Celtics vs. Knicks Player Props: 3 Best Bets for Game 6 image

It’s all eyes on the Big Apple Friday night.  For NBA Playoff fans, it’s the only gambling game on the docket, as the New York Knicks try to end the Boston Celtics in six games.

We’re trying to end on a betting high on this (potential) series clincher.

We’ve done the research for player props, and share our free picks below.

Celtics vs. Knicks Player Props for Game 6

Jalen Brunson Over 29.5 points (-115 at Bet365)

Yes, he’s coming off his second-lowest output in this series, but Jalen Brunson should be guns blazing for Game 6.

This is New York’s chance to flush away the defending champs, especially without Jayson Tatum for the rest of the series.

Brunson scored only 22 points on 7-for-17 shooting in New York’s first chance to close out Boston in Game 5.

While he’s only touched the 30-point plateau once in this series, the NBA’s clutch player of the year has gone for 30+ in six of 11 games so far in these playoffs.

He should be the conductor for a raucous MSG crowd in the fourth quarter.

Kristaps Porzingis Under 7.5 points (-115 at Bet365)

Talk about an overcorrection. The books gave Kristaps Porzingis a 15.5 scoring line for Game 5, and he came out and poured out a whole one point in the 127-102 win.

Now? His total has been chopped in half, and even a 7.5 scoring line isn’t low enough for me to take the over.

Porzingis is just not right. The effects of a flu that’s lingered with him for a month has zapped his juice, and he played a series low 12 minutes on Wednesday night.

He’s topped his total just once, when he tallied eight points in 14 minutes of work in a Game 2 loss at MSG.

Even if it is all hands on deck, KP isn’t a part of Boston’s solution to extending (and potentially stealing) this series. He’s scored 21 points total across five games.

Karl-Anthony Towns Over 1.5 3-point makes (+120 at Bet365)

There’s nothing really statistically that calls for Karl-Anthony Towns to suddenly drain a pair of 3-pointers in Game 6.

He’s yet to hit two moneyballs in a game this series, going 2-for-13 overall, including three games where he produced a donut of points.KAT has only topped this line once at home in these playoffs, when he went 2-for-4 in Game 5 against the Pistons.

I just think that one of the premier 3-point shooters in the league will eventually figure it out before it’s too late.

He’s now gone six straight games with one or fewer 3-point makes, which is literally the first time that’s happened to him this season.

New York has struggled to get buckets in their series losses, averaging just 97.5 points.KAT’s shooting is so valuable that he could up that number himself with a big night from beyond the arc, giving his team a better chance to win the clincher.
