There's nothing quite like an NBA Playoff rematch, which is exactly what we're getting in the first-round series between the Celtics and Nets.

Just last year, these teams met in the opening round of the NBA Playoffs, but the roles — and seedings — were reversed. This time around, the No. 2 Celtics own the higher seed, but the No. 7 Nets are still favored by many to win the series.

As the lower seed, Brooklyn must steal home court at some point in the series in order to have a chance to win, so why not Game 1? Boston's star duo might have something to say about that.

Despite their young ages, Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum have seen almost everything on the postseason stage and will lead the charge as the Celtics look to protect their home court.

On the other end, however, are two seasoned stars in Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, meaning a raucous TD Garden crowd could have little-to-no effect on them. The boos will land harder on on Irving, whose time in Boston ended unceremoniously.

With no shortage of star power on either side, Game 1 of the first-round series between the Celtics and Nets could set the tone for an instant classic.

Here's everything you need to know about the series opener.
