The level of physicality between the Warriors and Grizzlies in the Western Conference Semifinals remains high.

Early on in Game 2, Warriors All-Star forward Draymond Green exited the game after he was on the receiving end of an errant elbow to the face.

Here is what we know about Green's injury.

What is Draymond Green's injury?

Less than five minutes into the first quarter of Game 2, Green was elbowed in the face by Grizzlies forward Xavier Tillman.

Green, who remained down for a moment after getting hit, left the floor and went to the locker room to receive attention. According to the TNT broadcast of Game 2, Green was bleeding from the face.

Because of when the play occurred, it could not be reviewed.

Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports that there was some commotion as Green exited the playing floor. ESPN's Kendra Andrews reported that there was a back and forth between Green and Grizzlies fans.

Green was ejected from Game 1 for committing a Flagrant 2.

After receiving attention in the locker room, Green returned to the game for the start of the second quarter. According to the Warriors, Green had to get stitches due to a "right eye laceration."
