The Milwaukee Bucks didn't do anything on Wednesday night, a decision that came as little surprise. The Bucks aren't in a position to trade too many assets, and the last thing they want to do is waste more assets on a player who might not play.

The Bucks drafted Bogoljub Markovic, but plan to stash him.

A questionable decision, to say the least.

However, they also have some tough free agency decisions to make, including one with Brook Lopez.

Lopez, who has been with the Bucks since the 2018-19 season, is expected to depart in free agency. Milwaukee shouldn't be too concerned with that, but Lopez should have suitors on the open market.

When looking at potential landing spots, Bleacher Report recently linked him to the Golden State Warriors.

“The same things that could draw the Warriors to Turner could also have them eyeing Lopez, who has a more realistic shot of landing within their price range. He wouldn't be as impactful, obviously, but the 37-year-old still offers an intriguing mix of long-range shooting and close-range defending.

“While he's not versatile on the defensive end, he's still a disruptive presence around the rim. And his outside attack is aging like wine. Since the start of the 2022-23 season, he has averaged 1.8 three-pointers on 37.1 percent shooting,” they wrote.

While Lopez somewhat makes sense for the Warriors due to his ability to shoot the 3-point shot at a decent clip, it's also fair to wonder if he can keep up with their pace.

The Warriors move the basketball at an excellent level, and there were many times in Milwaukee where Lopez would take a 30-footer and completely disrupt the offense's movement.

He's also slow defensively, and outside of defending the rim at a decent level, if he's right underneath the basket, he doesn't offer much on that side at this point.
