Milwaukee Bucks fans have heard it all from NBA insider Kendrick Perkins. Whether it's calling Giannis Antetokounmpo a "robin" or suggesting that he should request a trade, or anything else, Perkins has been on record saying some outrageous things about Antetokounmpo in the past.

However, Antetokounmpo has continued to prove him wrong in every which way. Whether it's staying loyal to Milwaukee, proving that he's arguably the best player in the world, or anything else, he's quieted many doubters, including Perkins.

However, that hasn't stopped the former NBA player from making comments about Antetokounmpo. When appearing on an episode of the “Road Trip Podcast,” Perkins suggested that Antetokounmpo should try to force his way to Detroit to join the Detroit Pistons.

“If I’m Giannis I’m seriously considering going to Detroit. Detroit is back on fire, great basketball city, a lot of culture. You have a rising young superstar in Cade Cunningham. Giannis and Cade in Detroit, with all this going on. Come on now we talking about moving the needle. That puts them right there in the championship conversation. They become the legit title contenders if Giannis Antetokounmpo goes to Detroit,” Perkins said.

While this could be a fun move for the Pistons, Antetokounmpo has continued to show that he doesn't want to get traded.

If he did, that would be out by now. Despite all the rumors, the two-time MVP has never stated that he wants to be dealt.

Milwaukee understands that, and the last thing it would want to do is send him to a conference rival if he were ever to ask out.
