The Milwaukee Bucks once again proved to Giannis Antetokounmpo that they'll do whatever it possibly takes to make him happy. Antetokounmpo, arguably the best player in the NBA over the past few years, always wants to win.

If there's one thing that the Bucks can guarantee themselves heading into any offseason, it's that Antetokounmpo won't be content.

However, it seems like he wants to stay in Milwaukee, showing that he's loyal to the fan base that loves him more than any other player they've ever loved. Despite that, some still believe that Antetokounmpo could be traded, including Matt Brandon of Sports Illustrated, who recently proposed an idea for him to be sent to the New York Knicks.

Milwaukee Bucks receive: Karl-Anthony Towns, Pacome Dadiet, one first-round picks, and two second-round picks

New York Knicks receive: Antetokounmpo

“It might be time for the Bucks to smash the reset button—and if they do, building around Karl-Anthony Towns could be the perfect place to start. Arguably the most gifted shooting big man in the league, Towns is coming off a monster All-Star campaign in which he averaged 24.4 points, a career-best 12.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.7 blocks per game.

“He was electric from beyond the arc, connecting on 42% of his threes while knocking down two per game, and shot a blistering 52.6% from the field over 72 appearances. Simply put, he’s still very much in his prime—and he’s built to be the face of a franchise,” he wrote.

This type of trade would be tough to justify from the Bucks' perspective. Only getting one pick back when they have no picks outside of the 2031 first right now doesn't make much sense.

If the Knicks could get a third team involved and send the Bucks a slew of first-rounders, perhaps it’d make a bit more sense.

However, even then, they really have no reason to trade Antetokounmpo.
