It certainly seems like the Golden State Warriors are dealing with something with Jonathan Kuminga. Whether it's Steve Kerr's reluctance to play him as much as Kuminga hopes, the front office's reluctance to pay him, or other factors, it's something he and the Warriors must figure out.

However, according to SAC Town Sports, Sam Amick, who recently joined their show, had some intriguing thoughts about the situation. Sac Town Sports had some points about where the Warriors stand from Amick’s perspective, noting a few different things.

“Sam says that Jonathan Kuminga and Steve Kerr clashed over the years. Jonathan Kuminga’s inability to be a three-point threat has hurt his playing time in Golden State. Golden State has limited financial flexibility, which is why they are being stubborn on any sign-and-trade talks with Kuminga’s salary slot,” they noted that Amick stated during the show.

The clash is the one thing to watch out for here with the Warriors and Kuminga.

Kerr seems somewhat stubborn in ways, and if a player isn't willing to do what he wants, he likely won't have much of an opportunity to play.

However, as he touched on, it's also fair to suggest that his lack of a 3-point shot is a bad fit with the team. The Warriors are at their best when they hit shots, and Kuminga doesn't necessarily provide that.

Now, considering Kuminga is only 22 years old, it might be unfair to suggest that he can't figure that out, but it's still something the Warriors will have to figure out.
