It's obvious that there's some hatred between the Dallas Mavericks and Luka Doncic. Whatever Nico Harrison wants to say, it seems like something else went on beyond the scenes.

Ultimately, however, Harrison decided to trade him, and while no Mavericks fan will ever be happy about that, the decision was made.

It seems like Doncic enjoyed his time with the Dallas fans more than Harrison did, but that doesn't diminish his contributions to the organization or the fan base's love for him.

However, the latest comments from his Eurobasket teammate, Klemen Prepelic, make it sound like Doncic also had some issues during his time in Dallas. He sent a strange shot to head coach Jason Kidd, somewhat unwarranted.

"Aleksander Sekulic is by far the best choice for the Slovenian national team," Prepelic said, per Sportklub. "He knows the guys, he knows the system, he knows what we need. He has shown that he belongs to the elite level. But I also have a very clear answer to all the criticisms. Jason Kidd is a bigger name, but he couldn't control Doncic's' 'madness.'"

There haven't been any reports suggesting that Kidd could've been the Slovenia National Team coach, but perhaps things were going on behind the scenes.

Kidd never seemed to be an option to coach Slovenia, barring something drastic happening or coming out of nowhere, so this quote raises some questions.

Doncic may be telling his teammates that he didn't love playing with Kidd and just wanted to throw a shot at him randomly.
