The Chicago Bulls have made some questionable decisions over the past few years, but they haven't done a poor job in the draft. Of course, most teams can look back and say that they wanted to draft somebody else after a player has played for a few years, but outside of Patrick Williams, the Bulls have done a decent job.
The hope would be for them to continue to do that, but it's much easier than it sounds.
When searching for who the Bulls might end up with one day, making predictions for the 2027 NBA Draft, Bleacher Report recently linked them to an intriguing name.
The play type would be similar to what the Bulls have drafted in the past, predicting them to select Miikka Muurinen, a 6-foot-9 center out of Europe. He goes to school in Arizona at Arizona Compass Prep and is currently the 11th-rated player in the country.

He's yet to make a college decision.
“Miikka Muurinen blew up around this time last summer. Now one of the biggest names in the 2026 high school class, he's become a surefire NBA prospect at 6'10" with exciting athletic ability and a unique offensive skill level. The eye test buys Muurinen's shot and range. He's also an isolation threat capable of putting the ball down or separating into pull-ups and step-backs.
“Muurinen may not offer plus vision or wild rebounding rates. But he does look like a textbook stretch-4 fit with plenty of scoring versatility,” Jonathan Wasserman wrote.
The Bulls still have a long way to go before they have to worry about the 2027 NBA Draft, but there are some loaded names in that class, including Tyran Stokes, who many view as a generational wing.
