England and Spain meet in the pick of the Under 21 European Championships quarter-finals, in what is a repeat of the final two years ago.

Back then, Anthony Gordon's goal and James Trafford's goalkeeping heroics helped the Three Lions to a famous 1-0 win, but it's a near-entirely new squad this time around, and they stumbled to a second-placed group finish.

Spain, on the other hand, finished top of a tough group, ahead of Italy on goals scored, and will fancy their chances of gaining some revenge on Lee Carsley's side. They're favourites at 4/7 with Paddy Power, while England are back at 5/4 to progress.

England vs. Spain prediction, tips, bet builder and odds for Euro U21 quarter-final

Ethan Nwaneri to score anytime: 10/3 (Bet365)

The Arsenal youngster is one of the most exciting talents not just in England, but across the football world, but he has yet to fire in this tournament. He has started and been subbed off in the last two games, but Lee Carsley will surely keep him on for 90 against the Spanish.

The 18-year-old has already scored nine times for his club, and scored on his full U21 debut against Portugal. At those odds, he is definitely worth a punt to repeat the trick against their Iberian neighbours.

Both Teams To Score: 10/11 (Bet365)

With Nwaneri being backed to score, we are predicting a relatively exciting game between two very promising sides. England have dominated the chances in all three of their games, but have also let in three goals, while all of Spain's games have seen both teams score. A winner is hard to call, but we think there will be goals.
