The series opener between India and England at Headingley is well poised ahead of the final day's play, where England look to chase down 350 runs with all 10 wickets in hand.
After asking India to bat first, England conceded three centuries in the first innings and ended up restricting the visitors to 471 and led by Ollie Pope's ton and Harry Brook's 99, they went on to score 465 runs.

Can England chase 371 against India at Headingley?
Ahead of the start of Day 5 on June 24, Vaughan took it to Twitter and backed his team to chase the target if they bat the whole day, ruling out any chances of a draw.
Adding on to that, the ex-captain thought batting smartly against Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja would be crucial to this run chase on a day 5 pitch.
"90 overs have to be bowled today if the weather stays away .. England have under Ben & Baz scored at over 4 an over .. Quite simple if they bat for 90 overs they should win .. if they play bumrah well especially in the morning and then Jadeja in the afternoon .. #ENGvsIND" he wrote.

Notably, India's only loss while defending over 350 in Test cricket has come against England back in 2022, where they got Birmingham where they got to 378 in just 76.4 overs.
