Deion Sanders celebrated his 58th birthday with a bang.

After spending a majority of the offseason beating bladder cancer, the Colorado Buffaloes coach is returning to normal day-to-day life in Boulder. He decided to bring back a trademark family tradition with his “Kids Power Rankings.”

This came after Deion Sanders Jr. returned from covering his brother, Shedeur, during his NFL debut for the Cleveland Browns. A tight turnaround put "Bucky" back at Colorado just in time to be with Coach Prime for Saturday's practice. He not only got an "A" for effort, but he also returned at the top of the latest ranking.

“That’s right, I said it,” Sanders declared after putting Bucky at No. 1.

Shedeur Sanders turned in a great preseason opener in the win over the Carolina Panthers on Friday night. He threw for 138 yards and two touchdowns in his "Welcome to the NFL" moment. The standout performance earned him the No. 2 spot.

Deiondra, who blessed Deion with his only grandson, Snow, on his birthday, was No. 3. Shelomi might've transferred away from Colorado in favor of Alabama A&M, but she's not last in the fourth-best position. Since Shilo had yet to play his first NFL game, he was dead last, according to Coach Prime.

Sanders has been public about the rankings for years, once explaining to Lance Armstrong that while most parents have a mental list, he simply makes his public and changes it often. The family has embraced the running joke, using birthdays, games and even off-field gestures to jockey for position in their father's eyes.

Shilo played a total of 37 snaps, including 23 in coverage, and recorded one tackle and one quarterback hit this past weekend for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He'll be working to make the 53-man roster for Todd Bowles' team.

Colorado opens the 2025 season against Georgia Tech under the "Friday Night Lights" of Folsom Field on August 29 (8 p.m. ET on ESPN).
