Brisbane star Kotoni Staggs has enjoyed arguably the best form of his career this year.
The centre has developed into a leader at the Broncos, setting standards with his rib-rattling hits while also becoming more involved than ever before on the other side of the ball.
Staggs has crossed for eight tries in 18 appearances, while his 20 linebreaks are more than he has achieved in any of his other seasons in the NRL to date.
Meanwhile, his 132 run metres per game is also the highest total he has averaged during his eight years in first grade.

Will Kotoni Staggs play for Australia or Tonga?
Despite his stellar form this season, Staggs was overlooked on the representative stage earlier this year, when New South Wales coach Laurie Daley opted for Stephen Crichton and Latrell Mitchell in the centres for the Blues.
However, a battle for Staggs' services is set to take place in the coming weeks, when it comes to international footy.
He first appeared for Tonga in 2019 before representing the nation again in 2022.
However, the 26-year-old then turned out for Australia a year later in three Test matches, leaving his future somewhat clouded.
"I can either play for Tonga or Australia," Staggs said.
"I will see how I go for the rest of the season, but my main focus is [on Brisbane] and trying to win a grand final.
"Whatever comes after that - I will make a decision."

The interest around allegiance has rocketed in recent weeks, with Staggs’ club teammate Payne Haas turning his back on the Kangaroos in favour of playing for Samoa.
The likes of Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow are also weighing up their futures on the international stage.
Meanwhile, Kevin Walters has taken over from Mal Meninga for the Aussies and faces some interesting calls in his backline for the Ashes series against England.
Staggs will be right at the front of the queue for a spot in the centres if he elects to play for the Kangaroos, with Mitchell, Tom Trbojevic and Bradman Best also set to be in contention.
