That isn't the only big story at Red Hill, though as Selwyn Cobbo's situation also adds plenty of intrigue. The star was dropped in Round 14 for Josiah Karapani after Maguire stated that Cobbo needed to work on areas of his game, and he remains out of the side.
Ben Hunt was scheduled to return from a hamstring injury to shake up the spine of the Broncos. However, he has not been included in the squad this week.

The Chooks are set to welcome back a host of their Origin contingent with Robert Toia, Lindsay Collins, Spencer Leniu, Connor Watson and Angus Crichton all named to return.
Dom Young played his last game in Roosters colours before returning to the Knights, with Mark Nawaqanitawase to slide back to the wing to enable Toia's inclusion.
Watson replaces Benaiah Ioelu at dummy-half, although the youngster will remain in the 17.

Victor Radley also suffered another concussion last week and has been sidelined. Foketi replaces him at lock.

Eels team news:
Zac Lomax is the only Origin star who Jason Ryles will be forced to sweat on at the Eels after Mitch Moses suffered an injury in training for NSW.
Moses' absence has caused major headaches for Parra and this will only be heightened by the loss of Dylan Brown to suspension.
Joash Papalii has been brought into the halves and will feature alongside Dean Hawkins in a new-look partnership.
Ryan Matterson dropped out of the team late on in Round 14 and remains out, although Wiremu Greig has been added to the pine in what will be his first NRL appearance of the year.

The representative duo have been named on the bench, with Tukimihia Simpkins and Josh Patston dropping out of the side.
In an otherwise settled side, Brian Kelly has been dropped from the team with Jojo Fifita slotted into the backline after recovering from a hand issue.
Phillip Sami struggled with a leg injury in the closing stages of last week's win but has been named to start.
Jaylan De Groot and Tony Francis were scheduled to return from injury. However, they have not been included in the extended squad. David Fifita has though as he has been listed as 18th man.

Josh Papali'i was moved into the starting lineup in their most recent game to celebrate his record-breaking appearance for the Raiders in the nation's capital.
Ricky Stuart has stuck with this configuration, so Corey Horsburgh remains at lock, while Morgan Smithies will feature off the bench.

Wayde Egan was a late withdrawal during his side's most recent game against the Sharks. The hooker returns to the starting lineup, with Sam Healey dropping out of the 17.

16. Luron Patea
17. Luke Garner
18. Luke Sommerton
19. Jack Cole
Panthers team news:
Ivan Cleary will be without all of his starting Origin players for their trip across the ditch, with the travel from Perth to New Zealand deemed too far on a short turnaround.
This means the premiers have needed to find replacements for Dylan Edwards, Brian To'o, Nathan Cleary, Liam Martin and Isaah Yeo.
However, despite being part of the Blues' extended squad in WA, Lindsay Smith will play for the premiers.
Daine Laurie will take over from Edwards in the No.1 jersey, while Paul Alamoti has been recalled onto the wing in To'o's absence.
Brad Schneider has won the race for Cleary's spot at halfback ahead of Trent Toelau, although the latter has been included on the bench as the utility instead of Luke Sommerton and Jack Cole.
Isaiah Papalii has been promoted off the bench into the starting side in Martin's place, while Matthew Eisenhuth will take over from Yeo at lock.
Liam Henry makes a timely return from suspension to grab a spot on the bench alongside Luke Garner and Luron Patea.

15. Connelly Lemuelu
16. Ray Stone
19. Max Feagai
18. Sean O'Sullivan
20. Aublix Tawha
Phins team news:
Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow is highly likely to back up after Origin II despite the short turnaround as the Dolphins also play in Perth.
Due to his inclusion, Jake Averillo will revert to the centres and Max Feagai will drop out. However, in a late change, Feagai has been added to the bench in the place of Josh Kerr.
Felise Kaufusi has been issued with a two-game ban following his side's big win over the Cowboys last week. Mark Nicholls replaces him up front.
Kaufusi's suspension is a massive blow to Kristian Woolf's already decimated forward pack with Daniel Saifiti, Tom Flegler and Max Plath all in the casualty ward.
Harrison Graham has been added to the bench, as a result of the veteran's ban.
Newcastle confirmed team:
1. Kalyn Ponga

16. Jermaine McEwen
17. Elijah Salesa-Leaumoana
19. Jackson Hastings
20. Fletcher Hunt
Knights team news:
Kalyn Ponga was withdrawn from the Newcastle side following the Origin opener, but could play in this one due to the longer turnaround and the fact he is already in WA.
If the skipper is cleared to play, he will take over from Fletcher Hunt at the back.
The struggling side have also received some major boosts elsewhere in the backline with Bradman Best back from a hamstring injury.
Dom Young is also back in the Hunter after his mid-season switch from the Roosters.
Hunt, Kyle McCarthy and James Schiller dropped to the reserves as a result of the big inclusions.
However, in a late change, Greg Marzhew has dropped out with Schiller added back into the starting side.
Jackson Hastings was brought out of exile last week to play in the halves but his stay in first grade is short-lived with Fletcher Sharpe returning from a calf complaint.
The cavalry is also set to return up front with Tyson Frizell named to return from concussion. However, there is still no sign of Jacob Saifiti, who was scheduled to return from a calf injury this week.
Brodie Jones drops to the bench due to Frizell's inclusion and is joined on the pine by Elijah Salesa-Leaumoana.
Brock Greacen has dropped out of the side after debuting last week.

Rabbitohs team news:
Jye Gray and Jayden Sullivan have been added to the casualty ward in a bitter blow to Wayne Bennett's side.
The likes of Cameron Murray and Peter Mamouzelos were already sidelined to leave the coach scrambling for replacements.
Latrell Mitchell could be back on deck for the Bunnies though at fullback after getting through Origin II unscathed.
Lewis Dodd has been brought into the starting side at five-eighth to cover in the absence of Cody Walker and Sullivan.
Sean Keppie, who was dropped out of the side late on for Ryan Gray last week, has been added back to the bench.
UPDATE:
Bennett has made some major changes to his initially named side. Jack Wighton has moved to five-eighth bumping Lewis Dodd into the reserves.
Euan Aitken has dropped back into the centres, with his place in the backrow taken by Jai Arrow.
Keaon Koloamatangi has made a remarkable recovery from injury to take his place up front alongside Davvy Moale, who has been promoted off the pine from last week.

Craig Bellamy initially named all of them to start although Coates has since been ruled out with Sua Fa'alogo replacing him.
Bronson Garlick was initially added to the bench ahead of Ativalu Lisati. However, he has since been replaced by the returning Alec MacDonald.
The return date of Will Warbrick remains unclear after the winger has been sidelined due to concussion problems for an extended period.
