Noah Martin has inked a three-year contract extension with Canberra.

The rookie forward will now remain in the nation's capital until at least the end of 2028.

Martin made his NRL debut last weekend against the Warriors, running for 56 metres from five carries off the bench.

Promisingly, 24 of those metres were post-contact.

The 20-year-old has charged up the ranks at the Raiders, representing the club at Harold Matthews Cup, SG Ball, Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup level before reaching first-grade.

"To come into the Raiders at a young age and work my way through the grades has been great," Martin said.

"My Dad is a big Raiders fan, and he was pushing me to try out for the Raiders when I was 13. I was able to make the Harold Matts team and go from there.”

"It’s very exciting to re-sign, and I’m just keen to keep on ripping in with the boys and see where the next three years take me."

Martin has been named as a reserve for Sunday's clash with the Roosters.
