The first Grand Slam tournament of 2023 is here, with the Australian Open underway in Melbourne.

Rafael Nadal has already been eliminated after injury damaged his chances of defending the title, whilst women's No.1 Iga Swiatek will be aiming to pick up her maiden trophy at the event.

As for the British stars competing, Cameron Norrie was defeated in round three, along with veteran Andy Murray. He made a pretty impressive start by beating 13th seed Matteo Berrettini before coming through the longest match of his career in round two, but Roberto Bautista Agut defeated the former world No.1 in four sets.

Emma Raducanu recovered from injury in time for the tournament but lost to Coco Gauff, while Jack Draper lost in the first round to Nadal and Harriet Dart was beaten by Jil Teichmann. Dan Evans was eliminated by Andrey Rublev.
