Queensland had the home-ground advantage for the opening game, but suffered defeat at a packed-out Suncorp Stadium.

For those based in the United Kingdom, Sky Sports is airing all three Origin games this year. The third clash between NSW and Queensland will kick off at 11:05 am BST on July 9.
