Fans of Super League team Salford Red Devils have announced a peaceful protest before the next home game at Salford Community Stadium.
Another round of fixtures resulted in yet another huge loss for Salford as they travelled to the MKM stadium on Sunday, August 10.
Hull FC cruised to a 74-point lead - a feat that would be impressive if it weren't against the Devils, who have already had similar losses this season. The match finished 80 - 6 in favour of Hull FC.
Earlier in the week, it was announced that the captain, Ryan Brierely, would be departing the team for Oldham alongside prop Jack Ormondroyd.
The squad was filled in with short-term loans from fellow Super League sides, Leeds, Wigan and St. Helens.
Fan group The 1873 released a statement on their social media, unveiling the peaceful protest march before the team takes on Wakefield Trinity on August 17.

In 7 days, we take a stand against neglect, deceit and disbandment.
This protest isn’t just a gathering, it’s a line in the sand. For too long Kailahi & Brown have disrespected Salford and rugby league. It’s time to fight back.
WE ARE COMING.

And a fundraiser for banners to display during the match has well exceeded its £500 target.
The 1873 describes themselves as "a group of fans demanding the truth and accountability from the top, to protect 152 years of Salford rugby league history".
Concerns regarding the ownership and running of Salford have only continued as the season progresses.
It was revealed that player wages were not paid as promised in July once again, with several more senior players set to leave the club.
The 1873 said in a statement that: "This is not about results on the field. This is not about one bad season. This is about truth."

Fans continue to feel left out of the decisions made by owners, a consortium led by businessman Dario Berta.
They believe that both the owners and the RFL (Rugby Football League) can and should do more to protect the club from the path it seems set to head down.
Salford have yet to respond to demands, but with more players departing each week, it remains unclear how much longer the club can continue to struggle through the season.
