Los Angeles Rams fans have been holding out hope that legendary defensive tackle Aaron Donald may come out of retirement.
But Friday's announcement by the Rams puts all that speculation to bed.
The Rams will honor Donald at halftime of their game on Nov. 23 against the Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football.
"The Rams will welcome Donald and his family back to SoFi Stadium to give fans an opportunity to celebrate one of the game’s greatest defensive players of this era," the team said in a release. "The first 60,000 fans in attendance will receive an exclusive, limited-edition Aaron Donald bobblehead upon entry at gates. In addition, Donald will be recognized during a special halftime ceremony."
A Donald bobblehead sounds awesome.

But it's safe to say this wouldn't be happening if Donald had expressed any interest at all in returning to the NFL.
He was a three-time Defensive Player of the Year and did his job as well as anybody ever had in the NFL.
“Aaron Donald is one of the greatest Rams of all time and we can’t wait to come together with our fans to thank him for everything he’s done for our organization, our city and our game,” GM Les Snead said in the release. “It will be an honor to recognize Aaron on the very field where he sealed our Super Bowl win.”
One thing is for sure: Visiting quarterback Baker Mayfield of the Bucs will be very glad that night that the only time Donald is on the field is during halftime.
