The latest PFL event in Europe is on May 10. The main card starts at 5 p.m. BST and the main event should begin around 10 p.m. BST, depending on how long the undercard fights last.
Hughes (13-2) is a former Cage Warriors featherweight champion. He signed with the PFL and was quickly elevated to the top of the card. After beating former champion A.J. McKee, Hughes took on Usman Nurmagomedov for the Bellator lightweight title. The champion squeaked by a bloody and game Hughes to retain gold.
Though not taking his opponent lightly, Hughes is ready to entertain in front of family and friends en route to a rematch he believes he deserves.
"I think he's (Miranda) very dangerous. I think that he's someone that I absolutely have to take seriously. First-round, knockout," Miranda told DAZN. "I will certainly be calling for Usman Nurmagomedov after I get that KO victory. I think he's one of the best fighters in the world."
Miranda (17-5) is 4-2 with the PFL since joining from the Challenger Series. The Brazilian hasn't fought in over a year after being eliminated from the 2024 PFL season. He has nine wins via knockout.
Also on the card will be the PFL Europe Lightweight Tournament quarterfinals.
