- Time: 2 a.m. BST (11 p.m. BST prelims)
- Location: Boardwalk Hall - Atlantic City, New Jersey
PFL 8 will be in Boardwalk Hall in New Jersey on August 1. The prelims start at 11 p.m. BST on Friday night. The main card starts at 2 a.m. BST on August 2, while the main event should begin around 5 a.m. ET, depending on how long the undercard fights last.
The event will feature the finals of the PFL welterweight and featherweight tournaments.
The welterweight final will see Thad Jean vs. Logan Storley.
Jean (10-0) has impressed since starting on the Challenger Series in 2023. "Silverback" knocked out Mukhamed Berkhamov and beat former champion Jason Jackson to advance to the finals.
A four-time NCAA Division I All-American, Storley (18-3) is a former interim Bellator welterweight champion. The 32-year-old is on a three-fight win streak, working past Joseph Luciano and Masayuki Kikuiri to advance.
Movlid Khaybulaev and Jesus Pinedo compete in the finals at featherweight.
A Sambo champion, Khaybulaev (23-0-1, 1 NC) won the 2021 featherweight tournament. Injuries halted his career following that win. Khaybulaev returned after two years and beat Jeremy Kennedy and Kim Tae-kyun to advance to the finals.
Pinedo (25-6-1) won the 2023 featherweight tournament. After several fights were nixed, he returned for the 2025 tournament. The Peruvian has won five straight via knockout, taking out Adam Borics and Gabriel Braga to advance.
