The departure of captain Ilkay Gundogan is a major change in Guardiola's plans as the Germany international accepted a free transfe to Barcelona, with Mateo Kovacic arriving from Chelsea, alongside a huge transfer move to Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig.
