Arsenal and Manchester United are still considering transfer moves in the final few days of the summer market.

Premier League sides have until September 1 to complete their business before having to wait until at least January to bring in reinforcements.

The Gunners have already splashed out £187m on six new players as Mikel Arteta once again aims to mount a title challenge at the Emirates Stadium.

United have actually outspent Arteta at this stage - with £193m paid out on Matheus Cunha, Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo and Diego Leon - and both Arteta and Ruben Amorim could be tempted by one more deal.

As per reports from Caught Offside, PSG have indicated they are willing to sell Lee Kang-in due to his lack of first-team prominence in Paris, despite scoring seven goals in their 2024/25 quadruple-winning season.

The South Korea international joined PSG from Mallorca in 2023, but he's struggled to nail down a consistent role in Luis Enrique's plans, with some stellar options ahead of him at the Parc des Princes.

Primarily deployed as a rotation option off the right of PSG's attack, or centrally as a No.10, Lee offers versatility and superb ability in tight spaces, as a potential alternate to Martin Odegaard or Bruno Fernandes.

The 24-year-old wants more game time ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and a move to the Premier League is a clear option for him, with Serie A champions Napoli also expressing an interest.

With Lee under contract in Paris until 2028, any interested party will likely need to match PSG's £20m asking price, but Luis Enrique will not block an exit if a suitable offer lands from United or Arsenal.
