Mikel Arteta is planning at least one more sale from his Arsenal squad before the end of the summer transfer window.
Premier League clubs have until the September 1 deadline to sign new players and offload unwanted stars before the window reopens in January.
The Gunners kicked off their 2025/25 campaign with a battling 1-0 win at Manchester United as Riccardo Calafiori's early goal proved enough to clinch victory at Old Trafford.
Arteta started new signings Martin Zubimendi and Viktor Gyokeres at United, with the latter enduring a difficult first Premier League appearance, as he failed to register a single slot on target.
Fans are confident Gyokeres and the other new additions will allow Arsenal to take the next step and end their 23-year wait to win the Premier League title - but Arteta is still fine tuning his squad.
The Spanish coach is over-stocked in defence, with Cristhian Mosquera adding to his numbers at the back, after joining from Valencia.

Oleksandr Zinchenko has been linked with a move away, as he now sits behind Calafiori, Myles Lewis-Skelly and Jurrien Timber in the left-back pecking order at the Emirates Stadium.
The other defender that looks to be heading for the exit door is Poland international Jakub Kiwior after being omitted from the squad in Manchester.

Despite looking to offer below Arsenal's £26m asking price, reports from Polish outlet Meczyki claim Porto are willing to make a renewed effort to sign the former Spezia defender.
Kiwior has made 68 appearances for Arsenal after joining in January 2023 for £20m - but despite impressing as cover for Gabriel's injury at the back end of last season - the 25-year-old has never been first choice in any defensive role.
Arteta was initially keen to keep him as a versatile option, but Kiwior has now indicated his desire to move on, and leave English football.
Kiwior could be Arteta's most profitable late window sale, but Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira and Reiss Nelson may also depart before September.
