The five-match Test series between India and England is evenly poised at 1-1. And now it heads to the most iconic venue of all -- Lord's.

Pacers Akash Deep and Mohammed Siraj ran through England's batting. England will be buoyed by Jofra Archer's return to the XI - hoping to turn the tide in their favour.
But can India make it two in a row? And more importantly: how do they actually fare at Lord's? Let's take a closer look.
India’s Test record at Lord’s: Wins, losses and history at the Home of Cricket
Lord's has seen both heartbreak and glory for India. The Men in Blue have played 19 Test matches at the historic venue - winning 3, losing 12 and drawing 4.
While it's the ground where they have won the most matches in England, it's also the one where they have faced the most defeats. India's last win here was in 2021 when Virat Kohli's team produced a stunning final-day turnaround to clinch win.

India looking to build on their Edgbaston high
While the numbers at Lord's aren't spectacular - India have shown in recent years that they can rewrite history. A win at the 'home of cricket' would not only break the 1-1 deadlock but also take them a step closer to a historic series win in England.
