What time is the 2025 Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes?

The 2025 Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes will be run on Saturday, June 21, the final day of Royal Ascot. The race is scheduled to start at 3:40 PM.

Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes 2025 betting tips, predictions, form and latest odds

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes is the pinnacle sprint race of Royal Ascot's final day.

Formerly known as the Cork and Orrery Stakes, it was elevated to Group 1 status in 2002 to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee. Renamed in its current form in 2023, the race is open to horses aged four and older and has produced legendary winners such as Black Caviar, Blue Point, and the back-to-back shocker Khaadem.

It remains a showcase of raw speed and elite class over the straight Ascot six furlongs.

In 2025, all eyes are on Satono Reve, who arrives from Japan with a growing reputation. Twice narrowly defeated by the world’s top-rated sprinter, Ka Ying Rising, Satono Reve has proven he belongs among the elite. A win here would mark not just a career-defining moment, but an international milestone for Japanese sprinting.

His top rival may be Lazzat, the French-trained gelding who went unbeaten in his first six starts, including the G1 Prix Maurice de Gheest. Though his streak was halted with three consecutive defeats, he bounced back with a Listed win in the Prix Servanne and looks ready to reclaim top-level success.

Inisherin also brings strong credentials, having captured last year’s Commonwealth Cup. After a few underwhelming efforts in older-horse G1s, he returned to form with victory in this year’s G2 Duke of York Stakes, confirming his resurgence.

Another intriguing name is Storm Boy, a lightly raced Australian import. Undefeated in four starts before being purchased by Coolmore, he makes his second European appearance and could improve sharply with added acclimatization.

  • Satono Reve (9/2)
Proven against the world's top sprinter; powerful late kick makes him a real threat on Ascot's straight track.
  • Lazzat (3/1)
Won six in a row including the Maurice de Gheest; back in form with Listed win last time.
  • Inisherin (4/1)
Last year’s Commonwealth Cup winner; rebounded with G2 victory in 2025.
  • Storm Boy (11/2)
Coolmore’s high-priced acquisition. A wildcard with untapped potential after four straight wins Down Under.
