The 2025/26 League Two season is underway with promotion or survival on the agenda for all 24 teams.
English football's fourth tier is guaranteed action and drama on an annual basis, and this year should be no different.
Let's take a look at the latest betting and odds for League Two.
League Two predictions 2025/26: Title winners
Having finished 19th last season, it might be surprising that MK Dons are being so heavily tipped, but they have gone big in the market this summer under new boss Paul Warne and are aiming high.
They started the season with a 0-0 draw against Oldham but followed up with a 2-0 win over Barrow and look set to challenge.
Chesterfield enjoyed a strong return to the English Football League system last season, finishing seventh before losing out in the playoff semi-finals. With Will Grigg still banging in the goals, the Spireites could go even further this year.
There's a strong chasing pack after the two frontrunners, and keep an eye out for Ian Holloway's Swindon, who finished last season in fine style and have added to their squad this summer.
Could all three go up automatically?
Here's the current leading contenders to win the title.

League Two predictions 2025/26: Relegation candidates
In the wild west of the lower reaches of League Two, it is almost impossible to predict who will go down, but some sides appear set for a season-long scrap.
Newport County have finished 22nd in each of the last three campaigns, and sooner or later will surely drop into the National League — although an unbeaten start through their opening two games has eased some fears.
Accrington Stanley could join them with their tiny budget likely to catch up with them at some point, with the likes of Crawley and newly promoted Barnet also contenders for the drop.
