The 2025 Formula 1 Championship is now eight races deep into the 24-race season with all eight races so far having been split between just three drivers.

Beginning in Australia back in March, Lando Norris took the first race of the season and he earned his second victory of the season in the most recent meet, earning McLaren-Mercedes their sixth race victory of the campaign as he won in Monaco.

His team-mate, Australian driver Oscar Piastri, has been the man to beat thus far with four victories out of the eight races, sitting at the top of the World Drivers' Championship standings.

Four-time Formula One champion Max Verstappen lies in third place in that table, having picked up wins in the other two races of the season, in Japan and at Emilio-Romagna.

Here's a look at how things stand, and the latest betting for the Drivers' & Constructors' titles, as well as the odds for the next Grand Prix — which takes place in Spain this weekend.

McLaren are the almost-guaranteed favourites to win the title this season and are as short as 1/100 to claim the crown with most firms, but here's the betting without them in the market.

F1 Championship 2025 — Spanish GP odds, betting preview and predictions

Here are the latest odds and best prices for the Spanish Grand Prix, which takes place on the weekend of May 30-June 1.

It is a case of neck-and-neck with the majority of bookmakers for the race in Catalonia, with both Piastri and Norris being priced up at more or less the same odds across the industry.

Norris went into the 2024 race in pole position but it was Red Bull's Verstappen who ended up winning the race, which was his third successive victory at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

Known for being one of the more comfortable tracks due to it simply being used so often, it is one that may well benefit an experienced driver for that reason.

It's very hard to look beyond McLaren, but Verstappen's history at Barcelona and the fact he will be desperate to add a third win of the season makes him good value at 10/3 with Sky Bet.
