Chelsea kick off their Premier League season with the visit of Crystal Palace to Stamford Bridge.
Both sides enter the game and the new league campaign with two trophies in tow. Enzo Maresca's side added the Club World Cup to the UEFA Conference League, while Oliver Glasner has won both the FA Cup (Palace's first-ever trophy) and the Community Shield at Wembley.
It has been a different story off the pitch though, with the Blues splashing the cash once again on the likes of Joao Pedro, Liam Delap, Jamie Gittens and Jorrel Hato. Estevao has also arrived after signing on last year.
Palace have spent very little, much to Glasner's dislike, and there are questions over the future of both captain Marc Guehi and star attacker Eberechi Eze. There was also the demotion to the Conference League, which is still fresh in the minds of everyone connected to the club.

Chelsea vs. Crystal Palace team news
- Maresca is expected to hand Chelsea league debuts to Joao Pedro and Gittens, with Delap likely to make his off the bench at some point.
- At the other end, the Blues suffered a huge blow when Levi Colwill was ruled out for much of the season with an ACL injury. On the plus side, Wesley Fofana is available for selection again and is set to be on the bench.
- Glasner is likely to make one enforced change from the side that beat Liverpool last week, with Daichi Kamada out having hobbled off at Wembley. Will Hughes came on his place last Sunday, and will probably do so again from the start here.
