Royal Challengers Bengaluru

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) expect most of their players to be back for the remainder of the IPL, except Josh Hazlewood.

Hazlewood was out due to injury from RCB's last match before the tournament was suspended and is unlikely to return, as he is included in Australia's 15-man squad for the World Test Championship (WTC) Final in June. Tim David isn't a part of the WTC squad and is expected to make a return to the squad.

Jacob Bethell is expected to join the RCB camp soon; however, he is set to be unavailable for the playoffs as he has been named in the England ODI team that will face the West Inides.

Romario Shepherd might not be able to make it back for RCB, as the West Indies are set to play the all-important England series, which will be instrumental in determining the hopes of the two nations in qualifying for the main event of the 2027 ODI World Cup.

Regarding Phil Salt, the chances of the return of the opener are still unclear for RCB but, if he is back, he would play the entirety of the remainder of the season as he isn't part of the England squad for the ODIs. Liam Livingstone and Lungi Ngidi are also available for selection.

Punjab Kings

Most of the overseas players of the Punjab squad had stayed back, except for the likes of Azmatullah Omarzai, Marco Jansen, Josh Inglis and Marcus Stoinis.
