PBKS vs RCB IPL 2025 Qualifier 1: Live scorecard & match updates

End of the match: RCB: 106/2 (10 overs); RCB win by 8 wickets.

The Royal Challengers finish the match emphatically with half the innings left.

Salt scores an unbeaten 27-ball-56 to completely kill the chances of a PBKS comeback.

Mayank Agarwal and Rajat Patidar chip in with the cameos of 19(13) and 15*(8) while Musheer Khan gets his maiden IPL wicket.

End of the powerplay: RCB: 61/1

Phil Salt has started to take the match away from PBKS with his assault as he scores 40*(18).

Jamieson struck early — sending Kohli back to the hut with a back of a length delivery outside the off stump that shaped away to find Inglis' gloves behind the wickets.

Only 40 more required for RCB to reach another final.

End of the first inning- PBKS: 101/10

RCB delivered a bowling masterclass in Qualifier 1, bundling out Punjab Kings for just 101 runs in 14 overs.

PBKS batters threw away their wickets with poor shot selection, starting with Priyansh Arya’s soft dismissal. Shreyas Iyer and Prabhsimran fell playing reckless hoicks, while Inglis and Stoinis couldn’t handle the short ball pressure.

Impact sub Musheer lasted only moments, and even a brief tail-end fight couldn’t save PBKS.

Hazlewood, Yash Dayal, and Suyash Sharma were ruthless, and now RCB need just 102 to secure a spot in the final.

End of 10 overs- PBKS: 71/7

RCB kept full control after the powerplay, not letting PBKS breathe. At 71/7 after 10 overs, it’s been a nightmare day with the bat for Punjab.

End of powerplay- PBKS: 48/4

Punjab Kings found themselves in deep trouble early on as Royal Challengers Bengaluru dominated the powerplay completely.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar started things off with a tight first over, giving away just 8 runs. Yash Dayal then struck straight away, dismissing Priyansh Arya with his very first ball against him. Bhuvi came back to remove Prabhsimran Singh, who edged one behind.

Things got worse for Punjab as Josh Hazlewood entered the attack and got Shreyas Iyer out in his very first over. He then dismissed Josh Inglis in his next.

At the end of 6 overs, PBKS were reeling at 48 for 4. With wickets falling quickly, RCB looked completely on top.

7:10 PM - Josh Hazlewood is back in the RCB lineup but Yuzvendra Chahal misses out yet again!

7:02 PM - Rajat Patidar won the toss and decided to bowl first.

6:00 PM - The toss is scheduled at 7:00 PM IST.
