Jasprit Bumrah was one of the prominent names who missed the initial part of the Indian Premier League 2025. The Indian ace bowler did not play any competitive cricket since getting injured against Australia in January at the SCG.

Bumrah, however, returned to action in April and has been a mainstay in the MI bowling lineup and played a crucial role in the team's resurgence as they won five games in a row.

The much-anticipated tournament started from March 22 to May 25, with both the opener and final to be played at the Eden Gardens.
