KL Rahul becomes the most recent addition as he brought up his first hundred of the year while playing for Delhi Capitals. So far, five players have reached the three-figure mark in this year’s IPL.

Scoring 112 not out off just 65 balls, KL Rahul lit up the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The moment came in the 19th over when he struck a crisp boundary off Prasidh Krishna to bring up his ton.

He opened the innings for Delhi Capitals and stayed unbeaten till the end, helping his team post a strong 199/3 in 20 overs. Rahul’s knock included 14 boundaries and four sixes.

This was his first century for Delhi Capitals and with it, he became the first-ever player in IPL history to score centuries for three different franchises. Earlier, he had smashed tons for Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants.
