What did Hugo Lloris say about the club's win and post-trophy decisions?
Lloris spoke to the media ahead of LAFC's Club World Cup match against Chelsea. According to The Guardian, the goalkeeper was full of praise for Postecoglou and regarded the trophy as an "amazing achievement."
The Frenchman was also asked if he was surprised by Tottenham's decision to sack Postecoglou and he answered, "Yes, but nothing can surprise you anymore.

Lloris added that he was happy for the win against Manchester United, and he hopes the trophy will help the players. He said, "I am really happy for the club. We ran many years after this trophy and finally they got it and I think they deserve it.
"Hopefully it will make their shoulders a little bit lighter for the future and I think it is also the moment to build on this success for Spurs. Even if I am not a Spurs player, I still follow the news, the team and the results."
