Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes could move on from the club this summer.
The Red Devils signed off on their worst-ever Premier League campaign by finishing in 15th position in the final 2024/25 rankings.
Ruben Amorim's side lost out to rivals Tottenham in the UEFA Europa League final on May 21 which ended their chance for a trophy and European qualification for 2025/26.
The Red Devils hierarchy are set to launch another cost-cutting drive this summer with several high-earing players in line to move on.
Experienced trio Victor Lindelof, Christian Eriksen and Jonny Evans have already left, with their contracts expiring at the end of June, and Fernandes could move on in the coming weeks.
The Portugal international delivered a bold update after the final defeat to Spurs claiming the club could 'cash in' on him to fund a squad revamp for Amorim this summer.

Is Bruno Fernandes leaving Man United for the Saud Pro League?
This is the big question facing United fans as the squad head off for a mini-tour of Asia before their summer break.
The financial muscle of the Saudi Pro League remains a key factor in the transfer market with Al Hilal reportedly putting forward an eye-watering offer to Fernandes' representatives.
As per the Daily Mail, the Riyadh-based outfit will increase Fernandes' current £280,000-a-week [£378,000] wage to £700,000 [$945,000] tax-free as part of a package worth up to £200m [$270m] over three years including bonuses.

The report claims Fernandes' agent has been in talks with Al Hilal since the end of the domestic season and this package is a 'take it or leave it' offer.
With huge sums on the table, including a £100m [$135m] transfer fee to United, Al Hilal want an answer before the start of July or they will withdraw the bid.
United are confident of retaining Fernandes, but a key call is needed over whether the financial benefit outweighs the importance of the 30-year-old in Amorim's plans, as the Red Devils look to rebuild.
