Stokes picked up three crucial wickets to dismantle the Indian batting lineup. His marathon spells of 12-14 overs inspired the English attack to come together and put up a strong performance against an in-form Indian batting order. Stokes also stitched a crucial partnership (67 runs) with Joe Root and added some important runs to England's second innings total.
With England leading the series 2-1, the 4th Test at Old Trafford, Manchester has spiced up even more. India has never won a Test at the venue, which provides England with some extra positive to clinch the series.
