Rishabh Pant lit up Headingley with a breathtaking century in the first Test against England and the cricket world couldn’t stop talking about it.
But it was his old teammate and fellow entertainer Suryakumar Yadav who added a fun twist to the celebrations.
While Pant’s front-flip after reaching his ton grabbed headlines on the field, it was SKY’s cheeky message on Instagram that grabbed eyeballs online.

In his Instagram story, the T20 star posted a playful note saying, “Best wishes on International Yoga Day,” along with a clip of Pant’s acrobatic celebration.
How did Rishabh Pant mark his century at Headingley?
The flamboyant left-hander brought up his hundred in style, smashing spinner Shoaib Bashir into the crowd on Day 2.
The moment he hit that six, he didn’t wait long- out came the front flip, much like his celebration in IPL 2025. The flip, which started as a personal comeback statement in the league, now looks like it’s becoming Pant’s signature move.
It was a knock full of class and confidence. Starting Day 2 on 65*, Pant quickly switched gears and got to the milestone in just 38 balls, showing no mercy to the English bowlers. This was Pant’s seventh Test hundred overall and his third against England.

Why is SKY’s Instagram story winning the internet?
Pant’s celebration had already gone viral, but Suryakumar’s humorous Yoga Day post gave it a whole new spin. The timing, June 21 being International Yoga Da,y and the reference to Pant’s athletic move was too perfect to ignore.
