India's Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan climb to career-best ODI rankings image

Young Indian batsmen Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan achieved their career-best rankings in the latest released ICC ODI rankings.

Gill is the highest-ranked Indian batsman in the world right now who rose two places on the chart to enter the top five rankings. He is currently ranked fifth. 

Gill is followed by Virat Kohli who is ranked ninth and Rohit Sharma who is ranked 11th in the world.

Like the Gujarat Titans star, Mumbai Indians' wicket-keeper batsman Ishan Kishan climbed nine places up in the chart to achieve the 36th rank in the world.

The highest-ranked batsman in the world right now is Pakistan captain Babar Azam who is followed by South Africa's Russie van der Dussen and Pakistani teammates Fakhar Zaman and Imam-ul-Haq.
