Coming off two centuries and a fifty in the first 4 innings of the series against England, Rishabh Pant was once again among the runs at the Lord's in the third Test.

Despite suffering a finger injury while wicketkeeping, Pant came in to bat late on Day 2 when India was in a spot of bother at 107/3.

After batting for the rest of the evening, scoring 19*, Pant started Day 3 strongly with KL Rahul and added another 55 runs to his name.

After going wicketless for the entire session, a misjudgment between Pant and Rahul led to the latter being run out in the final over before lunch.
