West-Indian skipper Shai Hope's batting class was on full display once again as he scored a wonderful century in the ODI series decider against Pakistan at the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad.
West Indies won the game by 202 runs and clinched the three-match series 2-1.

Hope's century has brought him within touching distance of the great MS Dhoni's record of the most centuries by a wicket-keeper captain. Much like Dhoni, Hope is known for his calm demeanor and has emerged as the backbone of the West Indies' batting lineup.

Dhoni, the former Indian captain is one of the greatest wicket-keeper captain to have ever graced the game. He has a scored a total of six ODI centuries as captain.
Hope, with his exceptional century, scoring 120 runs against Pakistan, has closed in on Dhoni, with a total of five centuries to his name.

He scored 120* in just 94 balls, in a dominant innings that helped the West Indies side to reach an above-par total of 294 in their 50 overs.
The skipper's batting effort was very well backed up by the bowlers, as the hosts defeated Pakistan by a monumental 202 runs. Jayden Seales registered figures of 6/18.
