Rishabh Pant continues to dazzle fans around the world with blockbuster batting performances. In the first Test against England at Headingley, the 27-year-old scored centuries in both innings.

This is an extraordinary feat that now puts him in one of the most exclusive batting clubs in Indian cricket. Pant smashed 134 off just 126 balls in the first innings and followed it up with another ton in the second.

With this, he became only the seventh Indian to score centuries in both innings of a Test match. He also became the first wicketkeeper to do so.

Pant's innings was not a solo act. In the first innings, he built a 100-plus partnership with captain Shubman Gill.

Then in the second, he put on a massive 182-run stand with KL Rahul. This pushed India's lead well to almost 300 runs by the time he got out. With one day to go, India remain in complete control of the match.
