The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Monday, June 16, announced the full schedule for the ICC Women's ODI World Cup 2025 for the showpiece event that is set to take place in India and Sri Lanka, starting September 20.

Eight teams are set to take part in the ODI World Cup, with the tournament kicking off with a match between co-hosts India and Sri Lanka at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Meanwhile, Pakistan's matches, including the fixture against, will be played in a neutral venue at Colombo, according to the hybrid agreement between both boards.

What's next for India?

India will be well-prepared for the World Cup with white-ball series against two of the best sides in the world.

They will first face off against England in five T20Is and three ODIs, starting Jun. 28 and ending on Jul. 22.

That will be followed by a three-match ODI series at home against Australia, starting on Sep. 14 and ending on Sep. 20.
