The Indian Champions' opener, Shikhar Dhawan, has now opened up about his participation in the semi-finals if India faces Pakistan.

What did Shikhar Dhawan say about India vs Pakistan Legends game?
The India Champions were scheduled to play the Pakistan Champions in the fourth league game of the World Championship of Legends (WCL). However, the match was called off after several Indian players withdrew their names from the game.
Shikhar Dhawan, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, and a few other Indian players pulled out of the game. Their decision came on expected lines after the two countries' poor diplomatic relations and a war-like situation earlier this year.

Dhawan has now addressed whether he would play if India and Pakistan were to meet in the WCL semi-finals. When asked about his participation in a potential clash against Pakistan, he told Geo News:
"You're asking this question at the wrong time and place — you shouldn't have asked it. And even if I didn't play earlier, I still won't play now
At this stage, the India Champions are unlikely to face their arch-rivals in the knockouts unless they win both of their remaining league games.
Pakistan, on the other hand, sit at the top of the table with three wins in four matches and are all but through to the semi-finals.
When is the World Championship of Legends Semifinals?
The Semifinal 1 of the WCL 2025 tournament will be played on July 31 at 1:30 p.m. in Birmingham.
The Semifinal 2 of the WCL 2025 tournament will also be played on July 31 at the same venue in Birmingham but will start at a later time, which is 5:30 p.m.
