Afghanistan's star spinner Rashid Khan has added another milestone to his already illustrious career. He has become the first bowler to take 650 wickets in T20 history. Earlier this year, he surpassed West Indies legend Dwayne Bravo to become the highest wicket-taker in T20 cricket.

Rashid achieved this remarkable feat during the opening game of The Hundred on Tuesday, August 5, at Lord's, London.

How did Rashid Khan reach 650 T20 wickets?
Rashid Khan's consistent performances in T20 leagues worldwide have made him a formidable force with the ball.
In the opening game, he scalped three wickets for Oval Invincibles, as the side restricted London Spirit to 80 in 94 balls. He dismissed Wayne Madsen, Liam Dawson, and Ryan Higgins to register figures of 3/11 in 20 balls.
These wickets took his tally to 651 wickets in 478 innings, at an average of 18.54 with four five-wicket hauls
