India's second Test of the England tour is set to be played at Edgbaston in Birmingham from July 2 to July 6.

In the first Test at Headingley, the visitors India were convincingly defeated by five wickets as hosts England took a 1-0 lead in the five-match series.

This presents a stern test for the young Indian side led by Shubman Gill as they look to level the series. They are also without their pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah at a venue where India have not had success.

Over the course of the India and England Test rivalry, India has won at every venue that they have faced the hosts in since 1932, barring two and one of those happens to be Edgbaston, Birmingham.
