MI New York (MINY) clinched their second Major League Cricket (MLC) on July 13 in Dallas in a closely fought win over the Washington Freedom (WF) by 5 runs.

Their first title came in the inaugural season back in 2023. Despite retiring and serving as a coach in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Kieron Pollard played the MLC as a player, winning the tournament and adding it to his trophy cabinet.

With another T20 title in the bag, Pollard became the joint-most decorated T20 player in the world alongside his friend and former West Indies teammate Dwayne Bravo.

Here's what his message to Bravo was after MINY's win.

How Kieron Pollard reacted after MINY's MLC 2025 win?

While speaking to the broadcasters after winning the trophy in Dallas, the former MINY captain poked fun at Bravo.

"Hey Dwayne Bravo, look at me now, another trophy," he laughed.

The former CSK star, who retired from T20 cricket, was the undisputed leader with 17 T20 titles but Pollard has matched his record now.

The duo has shared a long friendship as they hail from the same Caribbean island of Trinidad & Tobago.
