The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Annual Player Contracts for Indian senior men's players for the 2024-25 season (October 1st, 2024, to September 30th, 2025).
Shreyas Iyer, Varun Chakravarthy, and Ishan Kishan, who were previously omitted from the list, have now made it back to the central contract list. The A+ category remains the same with Ravindra Jadeja, Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit Sharma, and Virat Kohli.

Jitesh Sharma, KS Bharat, Shardul Thakur and Avesh Khan were excluded from the Grade C list after this year's announcement.
On the other hand, Nitish Reddy, Abhishek Sharma, Akash Deep and Harshit Rana were the new inclusions in Grade C.
Rishabh Pant saw a promotion from Grade B to Grade A, joining the likes of Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, and Shubman Gill.

Shreyas Iyer and Varun Chakravarthy rewarded after India's 2025 Champions Trophy victory
Chakravarthy had a stellar outing in the Champions Trophy 2025 as he played a crucial role in the Rohit Sharma-led Indian team reclaiming the ICC trophy.
He was the second-highest wicket-taker in the tournament with nine wickets in three matches, including a five-wicket haul against New Zealand in the group stages.
Meanwhile, Iyer has been a consistent performer in both domestic and international cricket over the last 12 months.
The No. 4 batter was also the second highest run scorer in the Champions Trophy, scoring 243 runs in five innings at an average of 48.60, including two fifties.
