The new Premier League season is just over two weeks away, and arguably the pick of the pre-season fixtures takes place in Hong Kong as North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham face off.

Both clubs are in the midst of summers of big change, with new Spurs boss Thomas Frank getting started and the Gunners splashing out in the transfer market as they look to take the next step under Mikel Arteta.

The Sporting News takes you through the latest tips and odds ahead of the big all-Premier League clash.

Arsenal vs. Tottenham pre-season friendly prediction

Arsenal might have been disappointed with their distant second-placed finish last season, but they still fared substantially better than Spurs, who suffered 21 Premier League defeats as they ended the campaign in 17th place. Tottenham, though, were able to celebrate a trophy as they lifted the Europa League.

Since then, Frank has come in, as well as Mohammed Kudus, but Arteta has received significantly more backing in the market, and looks to have a squad capable of challenging on all fronts.

The difference in quality and depth should see the Gunners prevail in Hong Kong.

Arsenal vs. Tottenham team news
