All eyes will be on Copenhagen, Denmark, as it hosts the BMX World Championships 2025 beginning Saturday, August 2.
The last time the World Championships were held in Denmark, 14 years ago, Joris Daudet won his world title after a dominant year which saw him win every event on the European tour. He returns as the defending World Champion, having also won the Olympic gold medal in Paris last year.
In the women's category, current Olympic champion Saya Sakakibara will look to add the World Championships to her already-impressive resume. She will compete with the likes of Zoe Claessens, Beth Shriever, and Emily Hutt.
